Terms and Conditions For the Supply of Mr Fezziwig Publications Products

Mr Fezziwig Publications will personally fulfil the orders you place and pay for online.

If there is inaccurate or misleading information on the website, we apologise and will act quickly to rectify the situation and ensure mistakes are corrected and orders fulfilled as quickly as possible. If you would prefer to cancel the order(s), that is your right.

Your consumer rights will be respected and replacements for lost, damaged or faulty goods will be sent as soon as we are informed of it by yourself within the usual time limits. Alternatively, if you are dissatisfied you may prefer a refund.

Please understand that there may be stock limits on some items, especially those on offer. We will attempt to let you know as quickly as possible.

Your order will be packed and labelled directly by the author and sent by courier to your preferred address, unless it is local and then it may be hand delivered for speed. Deliveries are only available to the UK mainland.

Mr Fezziwig Publications shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
